Living a Healthy & Fit Lifestyle
I thrive on the untamed awe-inspiring beauty of our world, and I’m constantly drawn to exotic destinations, the wild, and unknown that inspire my creativity!
I was born in Switzerland, and graduated from high in, South Africa, where I studied Industrial Design, and Film and Theater Set Design before immigrating to the US.
Woven into the tapestry of my lifestyle, I excel as an internationally ranked Elite Ironman Endurance Triathlete. This sport covers a grueling 140.6 miles of racing. It includes a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike, and a 26.2-mile run (a full marathon) raced in that sequence in a single day.
